Get to
Know Me

My name is Deya, and I've been practicing yoga for over ten years. Breathing exercises, meditation, and strength training have accompanied me since my youth and shaped my understanding of body and mind. At 18, I completed my first yoga teacher training—the beginning of a path that continues to fulfill and sustain me to this day.

I discovered Pilates in my early 20s. I'm particularly fascinated by this combination with yoga—it unites strength and gentleness, focus and release. My greatest concern is to promote physical harmony, mental growth, and inner contentment—and to share this path with others.

I believe that exercise is more than just training – it is an invitation to get to know yourself better, to regulate yourself and to make friends with your body.
In my classes you will find calm, clear impulses, but also demanding sequences that may challenge you in new ways – always with space for you and your own practice.

For me, yoga and Pilates are a place to return. Back to the body, back to the moment—but also a space to confront my own mental limits and grow beyond myself every day on all levels.

With me you will find a variety of sequences: from advanced Yoga & Pilates Fusion to beginner-friendly Pilates Flow with Magic Circle - in groups, in closed circles or completely individually in one-on-one training.

When I'm not teaching, I'm either outdoors or sitting in a café—sometimes with friends in deep conversations about the world, sometimes alone with a good book and a cup of matcha. I love anything related to philosophy and psychology and enjoy trying new things—be it on the mat or in life.
All of this flows into my work – and that’s exactly why I’m happy to accompany you on your journey to greater mindfulness and well-being.
