Service Description
Do you want to strengthen your core muscles, build a strong core, or improve your posture? Good news – you can achieve all of this with regular Pilates sessions! Look forward to 50 minutes of varied exercises that will challenge and inspire you – with the Magic Circle adding extra intensity every now and then. Get to know your body better, build a solid foundation for your powerhouse muscles (abdominal muscles, pelvic floor), and feel strong and confident through controlled movements and targeted breathing!
